Thank you for considering Cabra Bowls as the venue for your next Event. The following information will ensure a smooth lead up to your special occasion.
Call through to make an appointment with our Event Manager Jessica Watkins. If Jessica is unavailable, a member of our Functions team will be allocated to show you through our rooms & discuss any questions you may have.
Once you have decided to go ahead, a form is required to allocate your Event availability to our bookings. If you have already pre-confirmed your date with our team, click here to download our Booking Form. (Please set up the form to open once clicked on)

Please note, a hold on function dates are only valid for 14 days from date on initial enquiry.
A confirmation BOND of $200 is required within 14 days from the submitted booking form date. However, should the form be filled correctly with Credit Card details, the BOND will be processed on receiving.
All BONDS are refundable within 72 hours after your event through our Event Manager.
Room Hire Fee
Room hire fees are required within 4 weeks prior to your event. If your booking is within 4 weeks, the BOND & Room Hire will be required upon short booking.
Prices are as follows;
$500 for Sports Room (PAX 80-110) valid 5 Hours
$700 for Auditorium (PAX 180-200) valid 5 Hours
This includes table setup/ room set-up (decorations not included) and also the cost of staff, security & cleaning. Hula and 21st Birthday have an additional security costing of $250 per guard and need to be paid in advance. 18th Birthdays are not permitted.

All catering is supplied through our internal kitchen. At no time is it permitted for outside catering to occur in our Event rooms.
Final Guest Numbers and Payment
Final guest numbers are required at least 2 week prior to the event, with the balance of catering costs paid at least 1 week prior. Any changes after this date, will incur current costings. Please refer T&Cs for further information.
We have an extensive wine list and all beverages are at competitive prices. Each room has its own private bar facility. It is the policy at our Club that liquor not to be brought onto the premises. Details of our Beverage Packages can be emailed to you once enquiry is received.
A DJ for all ages can be arranged if required, prices may vary however our starting price sits at $550 for 5 hours. Our DJs are also prepared to act as M.C. upon request.
Club Closing Times
The Club ceases all Events at 12:00 midnight; please note that the patrons are requested to vacate these rooms by 12:30 am and in consideration for the surrounding residents to leave quietly.
Members and their Guests shall at all times be correctly attired. Permitted after 7pm – slacks, dress jeans, shirts/blouses, culottes, shirts with collars and dress shoes. No flip-flops or males wearing singlets will be accepted after this time frame.
